Major Service Acquisition (MSA)

In 2004 Booz Allen Hamilton (BAH) was awarded by Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR) the Major Services Acquisition (MSA) contract, an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for enterprise services including, financial, acquisition and program management.

Under the MSA, additional program level awards were granted by SPAWAR to three other organizations for specific program or project level acquisition requirements.

Silicon Space, LLC. provides services through the MSA contract as a subcontractor to BAH for enterprise solicitations and Tri Star Engineering for program level solicitations.

Seaport-e

The NAVSEA Seaport-e contract vehicle was developed in an effort to satisfy a commitment to accomplish more efficient procurement of professional support services and to better meet the needs of geographically dispersed organizations. The multiple awarded Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract has successfully achieved more timely and cost effective procurement of professional support services including, engineering, technical, program management, and programmatic services and solutions on performance-based terms.

Silicon Space, LLC. provides services through the Seaport-e contract as a subcontractor to multiple prime contractors.
