Michael Perry has been the CEO and Director of CardioDynamics since April 1998. As Vice President & Chief Technical Officer for Leap, Mr. Kelley is responsible for determining the Company's strategic technical direction. Prior to joining Leap, Mr. Kelley held the position of Vice President of Wireless System Design for QUALCOMM, Inc. since 1993. In this capacity, Mr. Kelley was responsible for all wireless infrastructure system design activities, including radio and fixed network system planning, project engineering and the development of QUALCOMM commercial CDMA network planning software product, QEDesign. Mr. Kelley has nearly 20 years of experience in the field of communication systems planning and analysis. Mr. Kelley holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from San Diego State University.
