Silicon Space Launches Presentation and Document Development Tool for Cohn & Wolfe
San Diego, CA – Silicon Space, San Diego’s premier Web systems integrator, has launched a presentation and document development tool for Cohn & Wolfe, a leading international public relations agency. The tool is an integral component of the client-based Intranet/Internet/Extranet, my.cohnwolfe.com, that Silicon Space launched in 2001 for Cohn & Wolfe.
The tool uses wizards that allow users to create both customized presentations and capability documents. The presentation portion of the tool allows users to search across my.cohnwolfe.com to find Microsoft PowerPoint® presentations whose content can then easily be leveraged to create new, tailor-made presentations for clients and prospects. Once users find relevant capabilities presentations, they can then select the slides they wish to use in their new deck. Slides can be rearranged, deleted, or added back in to the presentation right in the tool. When users are ready to output the presentation, they select a corporate template that ensures a consistent image for all Cohn & Wolfe presentations. They can the further customize and develop their capabilities presentation directly in PowerPoint.
For documents, users can quickly search through case studies, press releases, news articles, industry or service profiles, and employee bios that are in the system to compile a customizable document with an overview of Cohn & Wolfe’s capabilities. After users find relevant content, they can edit the document to include additional information, images, or links. When the document is saved, it is automatically formatted to work with Cohn & Wolfe’s Kit of Parts brochure. The final presentations and documents are then automatically saved to my.cohnwolfe.com for other employees to use.
