AFCEA San Diego Chapter Newsletter, April 2004 - Silicon Space LLC. of San Diego has developed a software product called PMToolbox. It is a web-based application that automates critical Program Office business processes. It specifically addresses the Navy’s requirements to improve process and gain efficiencies within the acquisition community in support of program office activities.

The core functional modules include Document Management, CDRL Management, Action Item Management, Program Calendar, Risk Management, Correspondence Management, and allows role-based personalization, automated workflow, knowledge management, and collaboration in a secured environment.

PMToolbox has been in production at PMW-146 for the last 16 months. Their feedback has been extremely positive and our efforts earned the PMW-146 team members/sponsors, Letters of Appreciation and "On-The-Spot" awards from Rear Admiral Rand Fisher.
